The site audit reads up to 8 pages of one domain, tests each against related buyer questions, and gives you one scorecard and the fixes that lift the whole site.
Before you run it
Does the free audit really ask an AI engine?
Yes. It asks Claude your buyer question with live web search and shows the answer, every page it cites, and whether your page is one of them. It also scores your live HTML on the 47-signal readiness rubric and ranks your page against the pages Claude cited, in a simulated retrieval that is labelled as one.
What does the readiness score measure?
How ready the page is to be cited: 47 measurable on-page signals across five classes: Structure (schema.org, headings, lists, share meta), Authority (citations, statistics, quotes, freshness), Content (a direct answer, query and entity coverage, readability), Trust (HTTPS, canonical URL, AI-crawler access) and E-E-A-T (first-hand evidence, author credentials, brand entity, contact details). The weighting draws on the GEO paper (Aggarwal et al., KDD 2024) and Google's Search Quality Rater Guidelines; every signal's source is listed at /rubric. It is readiness, not a citation count: the live answer is the observed result.
How is it free with no signup?
Each audit costs us a few cents: the live Claude answer, plus Google's Gemini embeddings to match passages to your question. So free audits are limited to 5 a day per visitor, and live answers share a daily allowance; when it runs out, the audit still runs and says so. Paid plans cover monitoring.
How is this different from an SEO audit?
An SEO audit is about ranking in a list of links. This is about the answer an AI assistant writes: which pages it cites, and whether yours is one. Different retrieval, different signals, different win: you are either a cited source or you are not in the answer.
Can I share or print the result?
Yes. Every audit gets a permanent link at /audit/[slug], and the page prints cleanly, so you can save it as a PDF for a client deck or a team review. Link previews show the actual score.
