Generate valid JSON-LD
Pick a type, fill in the fields, and copy the JSON-LD into your page. It updates as you type, and nothing you enter leaves your browser.
JSON-LD for your Article
<script type="application/ld+json">
{
"@context": "https://schema.org",
"@type": "Article",
"headline": "",
"description": "",
"author": {
"@type": "Person"
},
"datePublished": "",
"image": "",
"publisher": {
"@type": "Organization"
}
}
</script>Paste it inside the <head> of your page. JSON-LD works anywhere in the document, so the exact spot doesn’t matter. Check it with Google’s Rich Results Test before you ship it.
Before you paste it
- Mark up only what the page says. A rating, a price or an answer in the JSON-LD should be visible on the page too.
- One block per thing. A product page can carry a Product block and an Organization block side by side.
- Check it once it’s live. Test the published URL with Google’s Rich Results Test, or with our schema verifier, which re-crawls the page.
